Falaque.com is committed to deliver quality products to your door. Customer satisfaction is our priority and our goal is to provide the customers with an outstanding service.
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered products, he/she can inform our Customer Care by phone 022-361-0506 or by email orders@Falaque.com. In order to make use of our “money back guarantee”, the complaint has to be made as soon as the goods are delivered, this means on the same day as the delivery occurs. The credit is valid for one year. Falaque.com reserves the right to ask the customer to provide proof of the defect before crediting his/her customer account.
The “money back guarantee” covers the following defects: Freshness and quality of the lunch and dinners; incomplete deliveries, or packaging defects.
All lunch or dinner must be brought back to the Falaque.com retail store in order to receive the money back within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup or by the next business day in the event the store is closed in the following 24 hours. Any charges incurred to return the product will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement, credits, vouchers, gifts
If the customer is entitled to a reimbursement or other credit, the amount will be credited to his or her customer account, to be used within one year for orders at Falaque.com. After the stipulated period, the credit expires.
Falaque.com vouchers cannot be sold or auctioned. Only one voucher may be used per order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as gift vouchers.
Falaque.com retail store is located Rue St Jean 30, Nyon 1260.
Retail store hours are Mon – Friday 1130-1430 and 1800-2200. Saturdays from 1800-2200.
Retail store will be closed on Sundays, on official national or cantonal holidays.
